$75 Per Weekday Nights (Sept 16 - May 31)
$26 One-Time Maintenance Fee

Terms:
Check-in no earlier than 3:00 p.m. and checkout no later than 12 noon.
You agree to clean the home like you found it, inform us immediately and agree to pay for any damages you are responsible for in the home.
Please print out anything you need such as the map from the website. Instructions regarding the key will be sent to you when the final payment is received. No pets or smoking are allowed. The house sleeps 8 and the maximum number of people allowed is 10.
